This is probably the easiest lasagna recipe you’ll ever find! I know I’ve mentioned this before, but the “path of least resistance” is my best friend when it comes to cooking. This recipe is completely mouth-watering–no deliciousness has been sacrificed.
This lasagna hinges on two specific products to make it both easy and tasty–Cappello’s lasagna sheets and The Honest Stand cheese style dip.
CAPPELLO’S LASAGNA SHEETS
Cappello’s lasagna sheets are great first and foremost because you don’t have to boil them. You simply layer them in the pan and throw them in the oven. It’s glorious!
The second reason they’re great is because they’re grain free, dairy free, soy free, paleo-friendly, and non-GMO–all of which are appreciated by my sensitive digestive tract. The pasta does contain eggs, so if you’re vegetarian or vegan, that may be a consideration for you.
It’s also great because I don’t carb crash after eating it since the pasta is made from almond flour and eggs. It’s also very filling, so a little goes a long way!
THE HONEST STAND CHEESE STYLE DIP
Over the years I’ve tried a plethora of cheese substitues–I honestly think I’ve tried almost all of them. But they always fall short and they all have some ingredients that aren’t ideal. The Honest Stand cheese style dip is the first diary free cheese alternative I’ve tried that both tastes like cheese and has healthy ingredients.

I recommend checking their website to see if it’s available at a store near you. They do offer online shipping in an eco-cooler, but it’s pricey and I don’t know how well it travels.
Try the following recipe for a quick, easy, gluten free, and dairy free lasagna.
Dairy Free Lasagna
- 1 Box Cappello’s lasagna sheets
- 1 Jar Your Favorite Pasta Sauce
- 1 Container The Honest Stand Smoked Cheddar Style Dip
- 1 Lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 350 and grease an 8×8 baking dish with ghee.
Sauté the onion and brown 1 lb of ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic, and a little ghee.
Line bottom of dish with a single layer of lasagna sheets.
Layer 1/3 pasta sauce, 1/2 beef, and 1/3 cheese sauce. Repeat 3 times for a total of 3 layers, omitting beef on the third layer.
Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes. Allow some time to cool. Enjoy!
