Over the years I’ve tried a plethora of cheese alternative items–I honestly think I’ve tried almost all of them. But they always fall short and they all have some ingredients that aren’t ideal.
We’re heading into the holiday season! It’s that wonderful time of the year that’s filled with delicious comfort foods, plenty of excuses to eat said comfort foods, and cold weather that totally merits wearing sweat pants. Which brings us to yacon syrup.

Guys, Paqui chips are fantastic. The word “paqui” is Aztec and means “to be happy” which accurately describes my mood every time I eat them! I don’t think I can express my enjoyment better than this reviewer on the Paqui website, so I’ll just quote him.
“I came home and my lovely girlfriend said she tried ‘those chips’ and they were ‘pretty good’. I tried the glorious triangles of tastebud pornography and I’m currently leaving her for calling them ‘those chips’.
