OH DAIRY! I struggle tremendously with dairy. Most celiacs have some degree of dairy sensitivity or intolerance. For me it’s a love-hate relationship. I love dairy, especially butter, but it hates me (like REALLY hates me).

One of the things I miss most being celiac is cheese, specifically cream cheese. One of my favorite meals used to be a delicious bagel and cream cheese with sliced green olives on top. Ahhh, memories….
